Ascendix RE provides the ability to automatically calculate the Rent Table periods for your Landlord and Tenant rep deals as well as Lease records. 

To have the Rent table automatically generated we need to provide the values for the following fields: 

• Rent Type
• Size (SF)
• Lease Commencement
• Lease Expiration
• Lease Rate /SF

By default each Rent table period will have the Duration of 12 months. If you want to have custom rent period duration length, please specify that under Period Length(Months) field. 

Once Rent table is generated each period has the following values auto populated: 

• From date * - starting date of the each period
• To date * - end date of the each period 
• Duration - the duration of the given period (from From date to To date) 
• Rent * 
• Rent per month * 
• Total rent  *

The calculation of the Total rent is defined by Total Rent calculation value. 

You can make changes to the values above and remaining values on the Rent period record and add new periods manually. Please note, that once you introduce the changes to the values on the Rent Table periods the Total rent will be recalculated. 

note: at any stage you can trigger the regeneration of the Rent table with the data on the Deal. Please note, that the existing Rent table periods will be overwritten.
