Release Notes v1.4

Version 1.4 helps the agent understand what you mean with less explaining. It knows who you are, who is on your team and which records you just opened. You can find anything from a single keyword, search by activity, keep your own column preferences and compare look-alike records before you choose one.

    Highlights

    • Your columns, your way — Save your own columns for each kind of record, and they're used every time you see results of that kind.
    • Search by activity — Find records by what's on their Salesforce Activity timeline (calls, emails, tasks and events), or by what's missing from it. For example: "Inquiries with no activity logged by me in the last 30 days."
    • Find anything by keyword — Type a name, email address or phone number, and the agent searches all kinds of records at once.
    • The agent knows you and what you opened — "My team's deals" and "that deal I was just looking at" now work without naming anyone.
    • Compare look-alike records — When several records share a name, you can see how they differ before you choose one.
    • Updated templates in My Agents — The template gallery now offers six alerts for inquiries, listings, and leases that need attention.

    New Features

    Your Columns, Your Way
In Configure Columns, click Save as My Default. Your columns, in your order, are then used whenever you see results for that kind of record. You can save one set for the results table and another for the chat card.

A new Columns tab in Chat Settings lists every kind of record you've customized, so you can change those columns or go back to the company default. Your columns never affect anyone else.

    Search by Activity
Activity now works as a search condition, just like price, city or date. Activity means the calls, emails, tasks and events logged on a record's Activity tab in Salesforce. Ask for records that have activity or have none, and narrow it down by:

    • Type — calls, emails, tasks or events
    • Status — open or done
    • Time window — for example, the last 30 days

A record with only open follow-up tasks counts as having activity. Activity conditions appear in the Search Criteria panel and work with saved searches and Search Again. They're checked again every time the search runs, so a saved search always reflects today's activity.

Why it matters: finding the inquiries, listings or contacts nobody has followed up on no longer means exporting records and checking each one by hand.

    Find Anything by Keyword
Type "find anything about Acme", an email address or a phone number. The agent searches all the kinds of records it works with and shows the matches in one card, grouped by kind.

Requests for related records are more reliable too, such as "show the leases on Ridgeline Tower" or, with a record open, "show its contacts".

The Agent Knows You and What You Opened
Ask "What's my role?" or "Who is my manager?" and the agent answers from your Salesforce user. "Show my recent listings" lists the listings you recently opened, newest first. "Update that deal I was just looking at" works on the deal on your screen, or on the one you opened most recently.

Managers can ask for "my team's deals closing this month" in searches, analytics and My Agents. Your team is you plus your active direct reports. Times like "call tomorrow at 3 PM" use your own time zone.

    Compare Look-Alike Records
Sometimes several records share a name and the agent asks which one you meant. Each choice now shows when it was created and last changed, so records that otherwise look identical can be told apart. Click View details to open a choice in a new tab without losing your place in the chat.

    Updated Templates in My Agents
The template gallery in My Agents now offers a focused set of six alert templates:

    • Stale Inquiry Finder — Your active inquiries that were created in the last 2 business days and have no activity yet, or that have had no activity in 30+ days.
    • Stale Listing Finder — Your team's active listings that have been on the market for 60+ days with no offers.
    • Lease Expiration Alert — Your team's leases expiring in the next 18 months. It replaces Lease Expiration Radar, which looked 12 months ahead.
    • Listing Expiration Alert — Your team's active listings expiring in the next 60 days. Listings within 45 days are marked "Renew now".
    • Tenant Rep – No Activity Alert — Your contacts with a lease preference who have had no activity in 30 days.
    • Tenant Rep – Lease Expiration Alert — Your contacts with a lease preference whose current lease expires in the next 180 days.

    Improvements

    • Formatted amounts — Money columns show the currency symbol and thousands separators ($2,450,000). Negative amounts are red, and sorting is numeric. Exported files still contain plain numbers.
    • Faster column picking — In Configure Columns, select several fields at once with Shift-click or Ctrl/Cmd-click and move them together.
    • "Only show X and Y" works — The agent keeps just the columns you name, without looping between similar fields.
    • Follow-ups refine the search — "Which of those are over 5,000 square feet?" runs a new search. "These" always means your latest results.
    • Every condition is kept — Searches no longer drop a condition you gave. If one can't be applied, the answer says which.
    • Price ranges are inferred — "Properties for sale around $2 million" sets a sale price range for you.
    • Records are created as you asked — Values land in the right fields and record type. A clear request to create a record no longer stops on a loosely similar name.
    • Clearer answers — Replies name the records they talk about and never show raw record IDs.

    Upgrade Notes for Admins

    • No manual steps: upgrading from 1.2 or 1.3 needs no manual steps. Orgs patched by hand after 1.3 don't need to undo anything.
    • Default columns reset once: company default columns reset once to the new defaults. If you had customized them, set them again after upgrading. Later changes are kept.
    • Restrictions are respected: keyword search respects record types hidden from the agent and each user's field access.
