The Automatching feature enables users to initiate a pre-defined search by utilizing an existing record, which automatically fills in the criteria values based on a specified mapping. This functionality will assist you in saving time, and getting the right results.

Once you have configured the Automatching Search, you can place it to the lighting page, where the system will initiate the Quick Search and automatically populate the criteria values from the selected record and execute the search immediately. This saves time and effort by eliminating the need for manual input.

To avoid confusion, automatching search records are not displayed in the list of searches that users can manually select. This ensures a clean and streamlined user experience.
