New features & Improvements:
-
My Harvest Settings – Every user now has a personal settings page to choose their own AI model, edit how Harvest reads their emails, adjust object descriptions and copy their Harvest email address. Changes apply only to the emails that user forwards, so each broker can tune Harvest to the way they work without affecting teammates.
-
Your Email-Type Rules Come First – When you set which records Harvest should suggest for a type of email, Harvest now follows your rule over its built-in instructions and suggests only the records you listed. Offering memorandum, contact introduction and listing platform emails now have editable default rules too.
-
Process Again – Re-parse an email from scratch with one click, for example after a failed parse or after you changed your settings. Harvest notifies you when the new suggestions are ready.
-
Inquiries Tied to the Right Listing – When an inquiry is about a property you already have, Harvest links the inquiry to that property's listing automatically, and asks you to pick one when the property has several listings, so no duplicate listing is created.
-
Backup Approvers – A colleague or assistant can now approve your suggested records when your admin shares your Record Request Sets with them through standard Salesforce sharing, without changing record ownership.
-
Duplicate Rules That Warn, Not Block – The duplicate rules Harvest sets up now warn about a possible duplicate without blocking the save, so legitimate records such as a repeat sale of the same building or a follow-up inquiry can still be created.
- New AI Model Choices – Anthropic Sonnet 5.5 and Gemini 3.8 Flash are now available, with updated accuracy, speed and cost ratings to help you balance quality and cost.
