New features & Improvements:
- Capital Markets Support – Harvest now offers a dedicated preset for Capital Markets brokers, tuned to recognize lenders, quotes, and term sheets in financing emails and to suggest Capital Markets records with consistent naming and duplicate protection.
- Smarter Duplicate Matching for Listings and Deals – Existing Listings and Deals are now recognized more reliably from email content alone, cutting down on accidental duplicate records.
- AI Confidence Level – Every suggested record can now show a Low, Medium, or High confidence label next to its name, so you can tell at a glance which suggestions deserve a closer look before you approve them.
- More Accurate Multiselect Suggestions – When an email contains more than one value for a multiselect field, Harvest now suggests all of them, and only ever shows values that are valid for the field.
- Expanded AI Model Choices – More Agentforce model options are available for parsing - GPT 5.5 and Opus 4.8 - giving admins more flexibility to balance accuracy, speed, and cost.
- Smoother Admin Console Navigation – Setup guide links now open in a new tab, so admins configuring Harvest don't lose their place in the setup checklist.
- Consistent Record Naming for xRE Base Objects - Suggested records now follow consistent per-object naming conventions, making duplicate matching by Name more reliable and cutting down on manual cleanup. Admins can customize these conventions to fit their business needs.
- Status Indicators for Email Context Users - The Context Users list now shows a Status badge (Active/Inactive) for each address, along with warning icons that flag setup issues needing attention - an inactive Email Service, attachments not accepted from all senders, or restricted Authorized Senders. This makes it easy to spot and fix configuration problems before they cause missed or unprocessed emails.
