New Features & Improvements 

• Users can unpin “Search For” Objects and/or Saved Search / List / View. 
• Also, we have added the opportunity to choose a distance not only in miles/feet/yards, but also to search in meters and kilometers.  
• The result columns for numeric fields include formatting characters according to the user's locale. 
• Enabled Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption for fields on standard objects so that all Apex tests in the Ascendix Search package can be executed without errors.
• Users can easily get visual information on which records are closest by seeing a pin on the map representing the record specified in the criteria.   
• Added the ability to see how far from the search record each item is in the search results and to sort them by distance.   
• Misc. bug fixes and other improvements.
