Harvest writes log entries as it processes emails. To keep storage predictable while still keeping recent diagnostic information available, logs are retained for a fixed period and then removed automatically.

Retention period

• Every log entry has a type: Info, Warn, or Error.
• All three types are retained for 14 days from creation.
• Once a log entry's retention period has elapsed, it is deleted automatically.

Automatic removal

• Log removal runs on a recurring basis with no manual intervention. Admins do not need to clean up log storage.
