This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate LoopNet and Crexi with Gmail for seamless email forwarding.  
Step 1: Enable Logging in xRE Console. 
1.Go to AscendixRE Admin Console. 
2.Select the Logging tab. 
3.Click the Logging Settings button.  
4.Select From Date and To Date (the date range should include the current day, when emails will be sent). 

5.Click on the Save button. 
Step 2: SetUp Forwarding in the Gmail account. 
Log in to your Gmail account. 
1.Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner and selecting See all settings. 

2.Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. 

3.Click Add a forwarding address. 

4.Enter the LoopNet or Crexi email address where you want the emails to be forwarded: 

• To copy the needed address: 
  • Go to SetUp. 
  • Click on Loopnet or Crexi (select the one you need). 
  • Copy the email address.

5. Click Next, then confirm the prompt by selecting Proceed. 

6. Click Ok.  

You should be able to see the following: 

Step 3: Verify Loopnet/Crexi address. 
1.Go back to AscendixRE Admin Console. 
2.Go to Logging tab. 
3. Select From Date and To Date (the date range should include the current day, when emails will be sent). 
4. Click on Search button. 
5.In the table, find the latest log with appropriate date. 
6.Click Wrap Text for the last Message column. 

7.Find the link in the Message to confirm the request. 

8.Copy this link and paste it into the separate browser tab. 
9.Click Confirm. 

 

 
In the Gmail settings, you should see a confirmed Loopnet address. 

Step 4. Add Filters. 
1.Click on Create on Filtering button. 

2.In the popup window select the following: 

• In the case for Crexi integration, in the From field add: emails@notifications.crexi.com  
• In the case for Loopnet integration, in the From field add: leads@loopnet.com  

3. Click the Filter button. 

4.Select the checkbox Forward it to: select Loopnet or Crexi email. 

5. Click on the Create filter button.
