Ascendix RE allows you to enable reminders for the team members within your org about upcoming lease expiration of the clients. 

For that Ascendix RE offers a predefined flow ‘Lease expiration’, that once enabled, will show the reminders to the lease record owners 18, 12 and 6 months prior to Lease expiration date. 

To modify the thresholds of the reminder or extend the flow with additional ones, please open the Flow and provide the necessary changes following official Salesforce documentation for Flows configurations. 

Once enabled, the reminders will be created for the appropriate lease records and assigned to the owner of those leases with relevant properties linked. 

Name value on the task will be populated according to the originating Deal type, either with Tenant or Landlord information.
