Ascendix RE presents mortgage brokers with ability to track the deals supporting financial transactions for lenders and borrowers, managing the capital sources willing to lend the funds through the functionality of Deal sources and Term Sheets.  

Deal sources object allows you to indicate essential information about Capital Sources interested in lending the funds for the transaction.  

On the Deal Source Term Sheet related list is being shown.  
note: to see the Term Sheet component on Deal Source object, it must be enabled by the admins in the Lightning App builder. If you don’t see Term Sheets on your Deal sources, please contact your administrator.  

Term Sheet allows you to present all the necessary information that have been provided by a client in their quotes. 

To make the comparison of the quotes data more visual a separate tab is enabled to showcase all deals related Term Sheets. 

The Term Sheets of the client will be shown on the client's page with corresponding Deal linked.
